For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Patient10x include 30 N Gould St, Patient10x, ReviewX, ReviewX iOS, and Android software applications, and patient10x.com. The Patient10x application is a customer feedback request application. By using the Patient10x application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
