Background

BASS Urgent Care is a local Walk-in Clinic and Urgent Care located in Walnut Creek, CA. They launched in 2020 and offer a comprehensive suite of medical services including access to a Laboratory and state-of-the-art Imaging Center within the same building.

The Challenge

BASS Urgent Care being a brand new ancillary service for BASS Medical Group and a new Urgent Care in Walnut Creek, it was vital to patient acquisition and brand recognition to beef up their online reputation as quickly as possible. Starting from ground zero with nothing is always a challenge.
